Éored of East Mark is a group that was born in 2022 at La Contea Gentile in Abruzzo, Italy.

The passion for the world created by Tolkien and the Germanic-Scandinavian epic culture, quickly created a bridge between a few people from all over Italy.

Some of the members of the group already come from previous experiences of historical reenactment, a cultural background that was brought to the Fantasy world of Middle Earth to recreate the very realism Tolkien has always tried to represent in his fictional world.

The group’s goal is to portray an Éored of the Kingdom of Rohan, which represents both the military and civilian aspects of this unique people of Middle Earth as faithfully as the novel, but not disdaining the introduction of some fantasy licence.
